This is wt writing is to me
I would quench it If i could i would silence it The pale flame of red and yellow Along with its blue hiss and whisper haunting
Quivering and faint as it is And yet holds sanctuary of refuge I can escape and breathe into A breathe that otherwise would be swallowed by darkness
Nevertheless still birthing The shadows lurking dancing anonymously, solidifying as the distance closes Darkening the walls that once were pink And the now painted floor, red and wet
The brighter it burns the wider the grin becomes , shinier the carnivore hidden gets , sharper the claws and the canine grow.
And don’t ask me where the spark of my own life has gone— it’s drunk and dozed off, and for the amount of spirit in my veins, I might as well be drowning in gin and sin, in a bar—come, dine in.
So I started writing — with no roadmap, no audience and no rules.
